[Outages] Linode Newark issues routing to Spectrum

Around 10:20 AM Eastern time what looks like all of my sites on Spectrum lost communication with services hosted on VPSes in Linode's Newark region. When I dig in to it I can see the VPSes are receiving traffic from these sites and responding to it, but if I run a packet capture on the WAN interface at the site I do not see those responses. Traceroutes from the affected VPSes to any of the Spectrum IP addresses I have available all drop dead within the Linode network so it looks to me like a routing issue on Linode's side. I also show other services having a blip around the same time but coming back almost immediately.
