Yes, seeing the same thing for at least an hour. Affecting email to frontiernet.net, too, which I believe Yahoo! also handles. Flickr was not answering http at all for a while around this time, and is a Yahoo property. When it came back up I attempted to upload a few photos it sort of worked, but now is only displaying a couple of them. There were indications during the upload process things might not work out...
