Our email server is reporting it can't send email to several domains that reside on 208.91.197.241. That IP address is associated with 208.91.196.0/23, which is Confluence Networks, which appears to be based in the BVI. A traceroute shows it stopping in Houston with Cogent. Is there an issue with connectivity to the BVI? Noticed that it was not reachable this morning, just tried and still broken. www.meetup.com resolved to a single Cogent IP address (38.123.132.30) but seems it has been changed to several Cloudflare addresses now, possibly under duress. -- George Carey

It looks like Cloudflare has some kind of front end to the site that's supposed to re-direct me to the actual site, but that's not working. Seems to be working again, seems they have the Cloudflare traffic scrubbing up and running. Via twitter they say there may still be intermittent issues. -- George Carey
