We got word at Thu, 09 Mar 2017 03:38:21 +0000 (UTC) that AT&T 911 service had just been restored in Austin, TX. Not sure if it’s still up or not, or how well it’s working. But that was time of the announcement. -- Brad Knowles <brad@shub-internet.org>
