Greater than 50% packet loss and 500+ msec latency in XO's network

This came up at 12:03 pm (U.S. Central). Looks to be between 216.156.16.155.ptr.us.xo.net and 208.177.64.178.ptr.us.xo.net. Frank

I tried to verify using http://www.internettrafficreport.com/namerica.htm and was sad to see that this tool is recently gone. Does anybody have a similar resource? Did anything come of this? We had Voice DID issues between 12:00AM-1:30AM PDT last night. During that time XO’s IVR kept dumping me to dead air and dropping. This was a transient error that looked to be specific to XO for us in DFW. They have been disabled while they sort it out on their side. cheers, -- jason ($destination == $dayjob) On Wed, May 3, 2017 at 12:21 PM, Frank Bulk via Outages <outages@outages.org
