I don't think isup.me is a reliable enough source, worth of posting outages. Have run a test on a domain I own while tailing access logs and it's literally two requests from the same IP. Host-Tracker is a much better test, exposes locations and dumps more details about the response:https://www.host-tracker.com/en/ic/3/ee6367b5-9b25-4e3c-aa9b-8beea0603646. Host-Tracker confirms issues from Chicago, IL.
