We are having issues with ours, and we can't call Centurylink toll free numbers for their support either. Currently Centurylink is having an issue with ALL 800 #'s that are provided by them. All calls to 800 #'s are either ringing busy or stating disconnected. We are trying to get a hold of someone in regards to this. I will continue to keep you updated until this is resolved. Of interest is this: 5:46pm central: What Happened Data structure error were observed on the 8xx data table. A script was run to correct the errors, and wiped out the 8xx data table which caused every CenturyLink provided 8xx numbers to stop processing calls. Cause is unknown at this time, isolation and investigations are ongoing. Trouble identified as an 8xx database issue. Next Steps Most current backup database has been identified and is being reloaded currently. This reload is expected to be completed in approximately 20 minutes if no issues are encountered.
