Frontier, Time Warner 10 minute outage?

Saw a massive number of disconnects on broadband modems across the Western New York, Central Pennsylvania, and New Jersey region. Also had issues navigating the web from a corporate Frontier connection. Anyone seeing anything similar. -- *Nathan J. Lichtenstein*
