Got reports from our corporate users that their Mobile phones stopped
working around 9:45 am ET. Recovered in some areas, others still out. Based
on the reports below it seems to affect other services as well beyond
mobile.

I posted a ticket with Level3 on this issue, wondering if others are seeing
the same thing
Using the Level3 looking glass in Chicago i can ping the
www.netflix.com at 2620:108:700f::36f5:7e0f
-- which is hosted on AWS

But i cannot ping the same IPv6 address from the Level3 Phoenix looking
glass site, which lines up with the issues i see in the southwest on Level3

Hopefully someone at Level3 can resolve this issue soon.
My TWT and Frontier Communications contacts haven't responded today, so I'll
post here: HTTPv6 access to www.twtelecom.com has been 100% down since 10:20
am (U.S. Central) and HTTPv4 and HTTPv6 access to www.frontier.com has been
intermittent (10 second timeout) since 10:37 am (U.S. Central), with 3+
hours of downtime recorded in the last 24 hours.

dl.fedoraproject.org is failing to load. Tried from multiple locations and
various IPs:
209.132.181.23

209.132.181.26
209.132.181.27
Seeing as I can ping those IPs but not load them via HTTP it looks like its
a web server issue.

I just called in to check on overnight trouble on one of our Fiber
Metro-E Circuits, and was told that the entire NOC Computer system was
down, and they couldn't do anything. They're supposed to call me back
'when we get back online' (No ETA).
