Cisco tools (TAC) down/slow?

Having trouble accessing tools.cisco.com to open a TAC case. It's either extremely slow or times out completely. Anyone else? L3/CenturyLink IP issue in Seattle WA

Anyone else having issues with L3 (was twtc) IP transit with CenturyLink as the LEC in Seattle? We're on day four (five?) of an ongoing issue that L3 is blaming on CenturyLink. They replaced a line card, which partially solved one issue but made another worse. (was flapping, then CRC errors, now it acts like a classic speed/duplex mismatch somewhere upstream of us.) It's been escalated to tier III (maybe IV, a VP is involved) and there's an implication that it affects other customers, but we don't really know. If anyone else is having issues out that way, it may allow us to apply more pressure. Thanks, -- Jameel Akari

Just to clarify. Onvoy neither owns nor is owned by Zayo. The facility that went down due to the massive snow storm and power outages in Denver belongs to Zayo, from which Onvoy buys transport and collocation. The collocation facility generator has plenty of capacity and is tested regularly, unfortunately the generator voltage regulator failed. The facility battery backup lasted for over 6 hours before depleting. To protect equipment and to enable a more certain return of service, Zayo facilitated a graceful shut down of equipment in the building. Power was restored via the primary generator about 90 minutes later and all equipment was carefully powered on to prevent damage and further outages. Services should have been fully restored yesterday evening. Thank you. Vitelity Inbound issues

One of the Vitelity's Upstream carriers is having an issue with their power in their data center and apparently the backup generators are failing as well. Vitelity NOC looks to be at least partially located in Colorado and they are affected by the blizzard. Their NOC IVR option appears to be going to a ring group cell phone voicemail.

oscp.omniroot.com issues?

Hi, Not sure this would be on anyone elses radar, but we're getting a lot of timeouts/LONG load times from the omniroot.com oscp servers, especially vassg14. Trying to find contact information for them is difficult. You go to the omniroot.com and when you click "Contact Support" it just says "OK". Whois is useless. SOA record contact information bounces. Any help appreciated.
