Is anyone aware of issues with the InContact cloud-based call center platform that would cause an impact of some kind whether that impact partially impacts their platform or possibly a full-on outage? Thanks!!

Issue between HE and Optimum in NYC?

Anyone having issues with Optimum in the NYC area? We peer direct with HE as well as Telx where the traffic comes in via HE (two separate POP's) and in both cases there is packet loss.

Trouble reaching AS19951 (Incapsula?) via AS174 (Cogent)

Anyone aware of something going on with AS19951 today? We cannot reach them if we traverse Cogent instead of Level 3. Cogent had told us Incapsula is trying some sort of route suppression but they don't peer with Cogent anyway so I'm not sure what's going on. We had to put in a static route to get our customer's access to some 192.230.81.x sites because of this. Currently seeing this error across multiple Office 365 tenants when trying to send mail, anyone else seeing this? Remote Server returned '550 5.7.705 Access denied, tenant has exceeded threshold. AT&T Outage?

Lost connectivity to 12.0.0.0/9 between 12:32 and 12:38 PST with HE / Integra transit. Didn't lose the route, just endpoints behind it. Anyone else?
