We're entering hour 42 of an ongoing outage affecting Comcast Business customers in the Schaumburg/Elk Grove Village/Roselle area. I'm only sending it to the list now because originally it was reported as a power failure/generator failure, contained to our node, but now I'm being told there was also potentially a fiber cut involved and the issue has cascaded outside of our area... hopefully not affecting any of you with a DC presence in Elk Grove. For reference, we're EVPL over Coaxial at the site that's down. It's also affecting our standard Business Internet line there that we use for guest access. Other Coax services (TV) are unaffected for us. What version of AIM are you using? AOL recently dropped support for AIM 7.5. AOL instance message login issue

This morning, we had a number of people kicked out and since haven't been able to log back in. I've verified the issue exists when routing through both of our upstream ISPs (lightstream & Lightpath). CenturyLink DIA blocking outbound UDP 5060 in TX & IL

We are seeing a small handful of customers located in Dallas and Chicago metro areas that suddenly lost their SIP registrations yesterday around 14:30 Central Time and the problem has persisted. Troubleshooting steps revealed that outbound SIP from our affected customers to any destination IP on UDP 5060 isn't getting through, but changing their phone configs to use TCP transport on port 5060 works fine. CenturyLink DIA is the only commonality for the affected customers. This seems to be a regional problem, since other customers using CL DIA services are not experiencing this problem. We definitely have several customers in other areas serviced by CL DIA in the same way that are not affected at all. Received this from Century Link Network Managed Services group CenturyLink NMS has confirmed there is a major higher level issue impacting multiple customers, including this location. This message is to notify you of the higher level issue and to let you know that further information will be forthcoming as it becomes available. At this time there is no estimated time of repair, however, there are technicians working to isolate the issue now. Judah Sameth

We are seeing around 35% packet loss to outlook.office365.com across both Cogent and Towardex, testing from Cox shows no packet loss. Anyone else noticing any issues? MTR shows consistent packet loss after the Cogent to Microsoft handoff and the Towardex to Microsoft handoff.
