911 emergency & nonemergency systems are down due to large outage impacting seven local counties. Service is provided by AT&T and Verizon. Verizon outage in SLC

I'm seeing verizon routing issues in Salt lake city. Gig circuit is up and BGP is up but I cant reach certain subnets.. nh
