Verizon FIOS IPv6 routing issue - NY

Upstate New York, seeing IPv6 reachability almost non-existent. Traces die to most destinations within the FIOS network. Rervese trace inbound looks to die at first hop in FIOS network. T-Mobile Down Nationwide?

Seeing a lot of reports on Twitter, FB and Reddit. My personal phone is out as well. Showing no service at all. Interestingly enough, my Ziply Fiber went down at the same time as well but came up about 5 minutes later.

Anyone know what's going on with ATT/Level3 in los angeles? We are having usual stuff that's <3ms up over 100ms, not seeing any outages reported. thanks
