Hi,
Has anyone seen any information about the Centurylink fiber Internet
outage in Seattle? Apparently I'm part of an area outage in South
Seattle that started around 5:30 am PST Sunday. The time to repair
slipped from 8 pm Sunday to 5 pm Monday to now 5 pm Tuesday, but
they've been tight-lipped about the scope of the outage and its cause.
"An outage in your area may be impacting your service. Our team is
working to get things back up and running, so if you just scheduled a
repair appointment, it shouldn't be necessary, and we'll cancel it."
"Our team is working to restore service in your area, and we expect to
have repairs finished by Feb 25 2025 at 05:00:00 PM PST. Thank you for
your patience as we make the needed repairs. We will update you as
soon as we know more."
Regards,
Bill Herrin
