My home FIOS is up but one of our FTR Fiber links is down at the DC.
No ALARM on the interface.
So when you call or go to the WebSiste you get to talk to a bot
Their AI Support Chatbot indicates its a 'known' issue and they were
working on it.
Interestingly a couple customers are reporting phone issues on their
frontier VOIP service.
Not sure if that is related.
