Verizon Wireless down again?

Not personally affecting me as of 7:45 a.m. CDT but seeing tons of reports around the country, starting on the East Coast, of Verizon being sporadically down again for wireless customers. In other news, the sky is blue and it is a day ending in Y. Azure - Packetloss - Midwest

Seeing latency and packetloss from sites in the Midwest to Azure that have Spectrum or HE.net? Looks to possibly be the reverse path being the issue giving what the traceroutes show. Anyone else seeing this? Also Azurespeed test site shows high latency to every instance from spectrum Midwest. I see the same thing going to msn, or an instance in US-West. Our wowway (wide open west) business class internet went down @ 20:45:23 EDT.
